Tonka Decadence

Imperial BA Pastry Porter

Tonka Decadence is the first beer from our brand new Barrel-Aged program! We used Decadence aged in Islay Peated Whisky barrels and blended it with fresh Decadence to smooth out the BA characteristics. Then we aged the blended beer in Brazilian Tonka Beans and Madagascar Vanilla Beans! As a result we have a pretty complex beer with notes of sweet vanilla, cinnamon, cherry, tobacco and spicy clove!
