Almost two years ago, in a TTO at the fantastic Wild Lab in Liège, one of the folks who showed up to meet us was Julien from Norm. Humble and passionate about the art of making beer, the chemistry was immediate and we soon knew that one day we had to work together. For the past two years we have shared knowledge and beers until today finally arrived.
