Islay Whisky BA Imperial Stout

This is the first time that we release a beer from our barrel-aged program without any type of adjuvant. Only beer and barrel! We did it with this barrel in particular because we love its characteristics and believe it has everything to shine on its own. It is a barrel from Kilchoman, one of the 9 distilleries operating on Islay, one of the smallest in Scotland and the only one on Islay that carries out all the whisky production steps independently. From the barrel you can expect complex notes of maritime peat smoke, iodine and rich spices that are in perfect harmony with the base beer that aged in it for 12 months. Enjoy!
