Peach & Pineapple Smoothie Sour

We love doing collaborations as they are a unique opportunity to absorb knowledge from other brewers and share some of our own. This time we collaborated with a brewery that we truly love, our friends from B*BOP Fermentory, and together we decided to brew a Smoothie Sour inspired by Egyptian lust and guided by Khonsu the Moon God of ancient Egypt! We've used decadent amounts of peach, pineapple, Cubeb pepper and a pinch of salt for some extra love. This is probably one of our all time favorite Smoothie Sours and we just hope you love it as much as we do!
