Sour Ipa

It is a privilege and an honor to have access to the amazing illustrations of our dear Kruella d’Enfer who, with her immense talent, brings the Ophiussa universe to life from day one. Today we celebrate her art with two collaborations brewed for her latest solo exhibition. Mono No Aware has its opening scheduled for May 2nd, from 6 pm till 10 pm, at the Mono gallery! The first of these collaborations is a Heavily Fruited Sour Ipa acidified with our lactobacillus culture, with DDH from Mosaic and Citra and the introduction of Mango and Papaya in post-fermentation. Delicious!!
