Coconut Cream Stout

What really drives us in this industry are the disruptive products in which we can let our imagination run wild and be creative with their design. We've been following what other brands have been doing with this very particular style for some time now and we decided to try our luck as we believe it meets all the requirements for a brand like ours that specializes in making beer that isn't beer! Cream Stouts are crazy enough to leave our customers wondering if they really like our brand, thick enough to clog lines, expensive enough for us to continue to draw our way to bankruptcy and risky enough to give us heart palpitations! Habu is a Cream Stout that starts as an Imperial Stout with 12% Abv to which, after maturation, we add an absurd amount of silky coconut cream among other creamy adjuvants.
