The best craft beer bars always have one element in common that makes all the difference… the people on the other side of the counter. Next Saturday Fugacidade in Funchal celebrates its 10th anniversary and the people on the other side of this counter are extremely special! Congratulations Duarte and Graça! It is with great honor that we are part of this celebration and Persistence is our birthday gift to Fugacidade. This is an Imperial Stout aged for 14 months in a Casa del Sol mezcal barrel. From the barrel, you can count on smoky notes from the mezcal production process, dark chocolate and complex spices that are in perfect harmony with the beer that was aged in it.
