To celebrate the 7th anniversary of Outro Lado, we brewed a bold tribute to hops and time. This West Coast Tipa clocks in at 10%, crisp, dry and unapologetically loud. Simcoe and Mosaic lead the charge with resinous pine, ripe citrus and dank tropical edges, finishing clean despite the power. Clear, bitter and confident, it’s a reminder of where we came from and why we still brew with intent. Built for celebration, shared nights, raised glasses and another year together.
