Sour Ipa

Anathema is our second iteration of the Heavily Fruited Sour Ipas style and with it we tried to create an even more harmonious environment between hops and fruit. We increased the amount of Double Dry-Hop to 20 g/L as well as the percentage of hops undergoing biotransformation. We selected Citra and Loral to achieve a citrus and floral profile that we believe fits perfectly with the strawberry and blueberry. To close the aromatic bouquet we decided to add vanilla from Madagascar which gives that warm hug to close 2023 with a bang! Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
