Strawberry Smoothie Sour

We brew what we love to drink and we've been in love with Smoothie Sours for a long time now! In simple terms, this Smoothie Sour starts as a 10% ABV kettle sour Berliner Weisse and after maturation we add to it 50% of strawberry. We don't let the strawberry ferment so the aromatics stay true to those of the original fruit and as a result of the fruit dilution the final ABV is 5%! No lactose, no marshmallow, no vanilla, no nothing! Just lactic acid versus fructose! That’s the simple balance we like! We just hope you love it the way we do!
