Red Bellied

Berry Sour

Red Bellied is a Sour Ale brewed with a clean malt base of barley and wheat, acidified with lactobacillus and it has a touch of lactose which gives it the perfect balance between sweet and sour. During fermentation we add a generous amount of raspberries, blackberries and blueberries which gives it a deep red color and become an explosion of rich aromas and flavors.
