Fakhfakhina is a Smoothie Sour brewed in collaboration with Outro Lado, one of our favorite craft beer bars in Lisbon. Inspired by the traditional Egyptian fruit cocktail with the same name, it’s a tropical explosion in a glass. Absurd amounts of guava, mango, strawberry and banana make this beer incredibly creamy and thick, so thick you could almost drink it with a spoon. The balance between the refreshing acidity and the natural sweetness from the fruit takes you straight to the bustling markets of Cairo, where the inspiration for this recipe was born.
