Smoothie Sour

This time we joined forces with Salama from Espoo in Finland to gift you with another incredible Smoothie Sour and, as Finland is known for its wide variety of berries, it was precisely on these that we focused our fruit selection. We chose blackberry, blueberry and raspberry as the holly trinity of berries for this beer because they give it a fantastic aromatic profile of berries freshly picked from the forest. We also added peach which serves as a canvas for this red-toned painting. Kippis!
